-Jake: Pastoral Expense: Quickbooks cost increase is taking out taxes when it shouldn't; needs to be amended. Ati Memorial Service: Sat at 1pm rm 600; common-dation invite "Lord we send this body back to you; thank you for allowing Ati to be a part of our life..." with also a zoom link.
Pastoral Search Committee: Jason: Good Grace: 90% of concerns have been alleviated. Be nice to be able to introduce him at annual meeting.
Laptop Ministry:
Jason: Have list of items paid out of pocket ready. Jason: Introduced budget for $360/year of supply needs. Includes hard disk replacements and cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Phone: Grace: Will create template to text unrecognized contacts: wrong number.
Picnic: Keeping it month of March.
Annual Meeting: Reading of the minutes by Jason since Ati not with us anymore and Jason is Secretary. Week after Easter in April: 12th is Annual Meeting tentatively to be voted on. Grace will discuss pastoral search; Dan will update Grace on presenting Jason will do Laptop Ministry Larry will discuss Elevate Care with Joseph Grace will report on Aldi Gift Card Jason discussed Charles appears to feel more included being allowed to express himself with playing music in other parts of service. For website Grace discussed ability to donate, ability to email from site, etc. Improving website. Jake will do fundraising report on website report.
Open Studio Project (Art and Wellness): No one asked for another donation. They in middle of the third session. Grace will contact Rob to find out their status.

Other business: SNAP making it difficult for people who need the benefits. Charles is on SNAP and needs 80 hours of volunteer time and made his mother is signed up as a friend of the church. Would we be able to sign off on his volunteer hours from Peoples Church of Chicago taking care of his mom. Extend that offer to anyone else in similar circumstances. Jake suggested that may be in fraud territory despite the good deed intent. Find out what Charles should be doing to create a document that needs signature from his mom or to submit online for him to get paid. Grace will reach out to lawyers to find the best approach for Charles.
