A Research Initiative
The Exotic Spectrum Usage Identification (ESUI) Group is committed to uncovering and challenging the harmful deployment of radiofrequency (RF) and other radiation technologies that threaten public health.
Our core mission is to protect communities through rigorous research, comprehensive reporting to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and advocacy to eradicate technologies enabling subliminal programming or contributing to illness across public spaces.
ESUI champions accountability for the unethical weaponization of communication systems—particularly those that may conduct non-consensual human experimentation. By pinpointing and dismantling subliminal and hazardous radiation applications, we promote transparency, safety, and ethical standards in all broadcast and transmission practices.
Suspect transmissions demand scrutiny when they deviate from routine communication functions. Key red flags include:
These may facilitate subliminal influence or physiological harm, whether standalone or linked to behavioral conditioning.
Any signal not dedicated to overt, intentional dialogue merits deep analysis.
To distinguish legitimate interference (e.g., from electrical transformers) from deliberate emissions, ESUI requires multi-site verification through collaborative contributor networks. This ensures robust, reproducible evidence before escalation.
Step 1: Initial Inquiry
Launch a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to the FCC, targeting the transmission’s source to pinpoint the responsible entity or licensee.
Step 2: Follow-Up Investigation
With the operator identified, submit a targeted follow-up FOIA to the FCC or relevant agency, probing the transmission’s stated purpose, technical specifications, and operational rationale.
Step 3: Independent Assessment and Public Accountability
If responses are evasive, incomplete, or alarming, commission an impartial research body to evaluate the signal’s frequency against human nervous system vulnerabilities—assessing acute and chronic risks. Share findings publicly to foster scrutiny, drive regulatory action, and uphold transparency in technology deployment.
Join ESUI in this vital work: Report anomalies, contribute data, or collaborate on inquiries to fortify our collective defense against invisible threats.
