Passing the minutes from meeting Tuesday October. Jason Move to pass the minutes, Iris second. All in favor.
Finance Report: ~$18k
Grace: Month of November: donate our plate to the food depository. Let people donating the money goes to food depository for month of November. Grace moves to have the money donations for church go to the Chicago Food Depository for the month of November to be one check at the end of November sent out in December. Iris second. All in favor.
Oct 31st Insurance policy renewed. Payment staying same at 4,300. Workers compensation. Renews at end of last month.
Pastoral Search Committee Interview with candidate next week
Worship Committee Will keep the celebration for first Sunday of November. Make the joys and concerns the celebration of our loved ones. Decide if we are going to be doing readings. Observed largest crowd with new faces. The Christmas Pagent, 21st of December. Party or potluck for Christmas Have same magician? Ask congregation on the 16th. Jake 1100 for the catering. $770 catering and $300 for entertainment. Enough room to budget according to Jake. Grace moves for a budget of $1300 for the Christmas party to be held on December 21st for all members and friends. Francesca second. All in favor.
Laptop Ministry: Less than $50 is in Laptop Ministry budget according to Jake. $60 donated cash after their Laptop converted to Linux. 65 donated to date, with 3 converted in last month to Linux.
Cell Phone Internet for zoom works great as reported by Jason Get a new number because of spam suggested by Jason Bill: $64 $14 more because of fees and taxes. Jake will send Grace the bill to see if bill is tax exempt.
Other business: Ask if Charles is open to playing when there is no talking, for example during greet your neighbor and offerings. Also to staying later and earlier. Lets do that in stages.
